Description
The painting is a vertical composition without any central focal point. The artist controls the ink density, allowing it to diffuse and give a sense of movement and growth. Repeated layers of ink build up the textures of lotus petals. The flowing forms evoke the presence of wind among the lotus, which echoes the title Lotus Listening to the Wind.
