Description
This stainless steel sculpture has two main elements: an oversized sniper rifle and a male bust (modeled on the artist’s face) that is being pointed at directly. The bearded figure sticks out his tongue to lick the rifle's muzzle, prompting viewers to reconsider the relationship between violence, power, and the act of looking. (Angela Tan ‘28)
