Description
This work consists of a 7-meter-high column composed of many luminous spirals. It is a remake of Russian artist Tatlin’s "Monument to the Third International" (1920), which was conceived as a symbol of revolutionary modernity and the future of socialist society. However, according to the artist himself, the spiral tower signifies going nowhere and a process of self-destruction.
