Description
The artist showed this installation at the Keepers of the Water event in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China (水的保衛者（成都)) along with installations "Water from the Heavens" and "Rain Pavilion". In this piece, porcelain water jars were strung with rope to the girder of a bridge on the Funan river. The suspended jars contained fresh water and fish, "a life form which the river can no longer sustain" (Smith).
