Description
"Black Friday" is a sample of project "Consuming Virus". It is glazed with metallic paints. Compared to "Jerusalem Families"(https://digital.kenyon.edu/zhou/443/), another part of the project, the appearance of this piece is more fierce and aggressive, it is more like a weapon, in which the two salient pipe on the face could be interpreted as a muzzle. The image may be inspired by the sculpture, "Sphinx" from Egypt. However, its posture may inspired by "Plutus Cat", a Chinese mascot of wealth (Zhuocheng Jiang '26)
