Description

The artist created this installation art in 1994. Twelve plastic bags which contain water and fish are laid on the ground, lime powder is spread in between these bags. On one end of the bags, there is a relatively short red brick wall with a fish tank installed on top of it. Some plastic bags only containing water are surrounding the brick wall. On the other end of the twelve plastic bags, three fish are laid on the ground with a thick layer of lime powder surrounding them. A beam of light from a lamp sitting on the ground is shooting towards the red wall. See attached links for more details of this piece of installation art. (Yifan Shang ‘25)
