Description
No clew has yet been found by the police to identify of the person or persons who entered the office of W. W. Young on South Main street and also the Turner restaurant on the west side of the public square last Friday evening. A watch was the only article stolen at the Young office. Over four dollars was stolen at the Turner restaurant. The door opening into the hall was used as a means of entrance into Mr. Young's office which is located in the McDermott building. The restaurant was entered from the front way. Four dollars were taken from the cash register there and some small change was taken from a show case in the pool room adjoining the restaurant.
