My dearest Bishop
I send the enclosed from our dear friend, & most heartily concur in his sentiments his wishes & his assurance that you will favourably received our [adopted] friend Mr West, & adopt him as your own son in the Gospel & ordain him one of your faithful labourers in your flock. I rec’d 2 days since your kind letter & statement distributed at New York I forwarded your 2 letters to good Miss Macf. My precious Lloyd is now with me having come from Gredington attend our Welsh [?] & Charity Festival yesterday. He has left my precious girls all well, & return to [?] next week, & will return to me with them I hope before the end of this month. I forwarded today two letters from good Lord Bexley, one written by your [?] & one to yourself. I would have [?] added my name to that written by your [desire] to Mr Stokes had he not [read] it. I beg you to present my sincere respects to that benevolent character & say how heartily I rejoice in all favours shown to your pious work. Ever my dearest Bishop your most affect’e friend
