Dr. Brother
Once more to trouble you.
You will see by the enclosed, what I have written to Messrs Wooly and Taylor. Pray put a [paper] to the letter and send it.
The moment I hear that in execution of the suggested plan, it is necessary, I will make out a bond similar to yours for the payment of the interest of $1,000, for which I pledge myself that the Trustees of the Sem’y will become the guarantees.
