My Dear Lord Kenyon:
I include a letter which I beg your Lordship will have the goodness to [frank] to “Lady Palmer of [Wanliss] Hall near Leicester.”
The affairs of Ohio go on pretty well. I dined with the Lord Bishop of Durham today. His Lordship told me I must push the matter of Ohio faster than heretofore in London -- and that nothing but the circulation of the “Appeal” was necessary. The attainment of full success which in the name of God most s[o]lemnly he asked me. This is great encouragement. But what am I in London? Your Lord’s name and especially the personal influence which has been vouchsafed goes much further than your Lordship may think. Most grateful am I for the part and beg it may be continued.
