To whom it may concern
Grace mercy and peace from God our Father, and His Son Jesus Christ our Lord;
This May certify that I have appointed the Rev. George Montgomery West Presbyter of the Diocese of Ohio my Chaplain: - and while I humbly implore God’s blessing on him as a faithful minister of Jesus Christ; I ask of all [that] respect him God’s word alloweth to his office.
