The State of Ohio Franklin County [?]
These are to licence and permit Philander Chase Junior, a regular Ordained Deacon of the Episcopal Church, to solemnize marriages throughout the State of Ohio agreeable to the rites and ceremonies of the church to which he belongs.
In testimony, whereof [?] Abram S. McDowell Clerk of the court of common pleas have here unto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court this 26th day of October A.D. 1820.
