I hereby certify that the Rev. Erastus D. Wolf who is aPresbyter of the Eastern Diocese, in regular tanding, has signified to me his desire to be transferred to the Diocese of Illinois: he has not, so far as I know or believe, been Justly liable to civil report for errand in religion, or viciousness of life, during the three years last past. But during the greater part of those three years, he has not been a resident in this Diocese.
