Anmeldebogen, or form, required by subjects of German occupation on Channel Islands to be filled out having to do with real estate and other landed property, such as mortgages, stores. warehouses, buildings, etc. either owned or managed. The form is in German with English translation. This form was completed by W. Hubert of Guernsey in 1942.
