Information Provided by Michael D. Bulmash: Envelope from the Aelteste der Juden, the Council of Jewish Elders of Litzmannstadt, dated April 11,1940, with a rare Ghetto Cancel, which renames the Polish city of Lodz Litzmannstadt.
