Information Provided by Michael D. Bulmash:

Document signed by a concentration camp doctor ("Der Lager Arzt") at Buchenwald stating that the inmate, Otto Schnurpel, prisoner Nr. 24097, died "accidentally" on July 25, 1944. This date is five days after the July 20th attempt on Hitler's life.
