Bulmash: According to information provided on this wire photo (verso), "Thousands of Jewish refugees are now living in special encampments in Switzerland, where the authorities are trying to ease the problem by taking measures to prevent further influx. Many of the refugees are said to have been aided across the border by the Austrian Nazis. The photo shows a group of the refugees having an English lesson in the camp here."
