Description

The article documents the artist's art performance in an uninhabited area of the Qaidam Basin and explores the thoughts raised by this performance, the only one in the series’ without any audience. The artist and five participants constructed a circular installation in the Gobi Desert using 13 wooden poles, nylon ropes, and 13 human-shaped models. And they successfully set fire to the installation at dawn. (Angela Tan ‘28)
