Description

This proposal was handwritten by the artist in Chinese and was served as a response to the newspaper article “Retrofitting the Forbidden City Moat (改造筒子河)”, which was published by the "Beijing Youth Weekly" on June 6th, 1996. The artist provides a solution to the topic of “retrofitting” by giving detailed instructions on washing the Forbidden City moat. Two graphs were drawn to help with the artistic illustration.
