Description
The video shown on the TV monitor consisted of four parts: using scissors to cut the chicken and clear out its offal, tearing up the chicken meat, licking the meat, putting the meat into mouth and chewing it. Electric stoves and pots are placed in front of the TV monitors. Chicken soup is stewed in each pot and water has been added into pots everyday from June 19th to August 28th, 1994, when the exhibition "Out of the Center" ended in Pori Art Museum, Finland.
