Description
This is a naked female model, made of fiberglass, with no arms. She stands in a cross-legged position and wears heavy makeup. This work recalls, suggested by the title and posture, the “Venus de Milo”, an ancient Greek marble sculpture that was created during the Hellenistic period, and was known for the missing of the Greek Goddess’ two arms.
