Description

In the background of this artwork, a couple is captured facing each other in black-and-white monochrome. The two figures both feature a subtle smile; their hands and bodies seem to be interacting altogether, but we can't tell so confidently by the visually disturbing painted stripes layered on the background rendrez-vous. On the upper part of the background figural painting, an inorganic dragon in ocher suspends in the composition. (Jerry Wu'23).
