Description
This works is composed majorly of three layers of subjects. The very bottom looms a painted male figure with intensely articulated musculature. His identity (face), however, is concealed (appropriated) by another male figure holding a swan, whose image is superimposed onto the muscular man, specifically on his face and chest. The last layer assigned to this work is a number of iridescent, square-shaped, blocks permutating (almost pixelating) regularly -- with almost equal distance from one and another -- on the surface. (Jerry Wu'23).
