Description
In this action art, Ma striped himself naked and cooked a fish with a pot. After the fish was prepared, Ma served the cooked fish to the audiences of his performance. While the audiences ate the fish, Ma connected a long plastic pipe (designed for washing machine) from his genital to his mouth; an act that, according to Ma, conjoined masculinity with femininity. After the audiences consumed the fish, the artist then placed the discarded fish bone into the fish tank. Inviting the audiences to eat the fish Ma cooked while he installed the pipe on his body, the artist called upon the allusion to sex and carnal relationship (with the audience).
