Description
JIANG Jie installed inside two glass boxes (30 x 30 cm) of bouquets of roses or feminine scarves. She then taped the exterior of the one box in forms of “米”, and leaves the other one untouched. The artist applies then external forces -- likely by gun -- to penetrate trough the two boxes which are paralleled on the same level. The "naked" glass is likely to shatter to a greater extend than the alternative which has the supporting fixture of the tapes.
