Description
HUANG Yan in this work printed a note about a fugitive who committed a car accident and evaded onto a homemade envelop; he then mailed the envelop to elsewhere in China. To engage artworks with Chinese posting service, HUANG Yan surveys the uniformity and regulation of the national posting office, along with other extendingly implied social systems (HUANG, Artwork Introduction: Chinese Traditional Medicine, available on ZHOU Document).
