Description
An album of albumen prints created by William Lathrop, Kenyon class of 1861. Each page displays one oval shaped image. The first four pages are campus buildings the rest of the album is portraits, mostly individuals with inscriptions, but a couple group photos are also included. The people depicted with inscriptions include: President Lorin Andrews, John Trimble, [H.L.] Hamilton L. Smith, [B.L.] Benjamin L. Lang, Henry D. Lathrop (cousin to William), [C.] Charles Messner, Thomas Brown, John Morton Dillon, [A.E.] Alfred Edgerton Fillmore, George Gamble, Matthew Gilbert, Ngan Y. Kiung also known as Yung Kiung Yen, Albert Bronson Payne, [E.] Erasmus Owen Simpson, George Taylor, [B.] Bezaleel Wells, [Jos. W.] Joseph Witherspoon Cook, [Robt.] Robert McNeilly, Edwin L. Stanton and [E.P.] Eben Perry Sturges Jr.
