To the Eccl. Authority of the Diocese of Pennsylvania,
I hereby certify that the Rev. James Trimble who has expressed to me his desire to be transferred to the Diocese of Pennsylvania, is a Deacon of the Diocese, having passed full examination, and so far as I know + believe has not since his [ordination] been justly [?] [to] [each] [report] [for] [?] in [religion?] or [?] of life.
