An address to the Clergy

Being the substance of a Paper read to the House of Bishops at the late Gen: Convention: And now published at the request.

In my letter to Bp. Whittingham I asked if the following title would meet his view of what the House intended, the address ordaining the use of “We the Bishops &c.”
