My dear Bishop,

I have written to the H Chaplains in Paris, notifying your kind [?] to confession there for me on “the Sunday next before Easter” April 13th.

I have had an Authorization prepared for my seal & [?].

Will you please to let me know your Christian names, as the Almanaeks & Calendars only give “C. P.”

I will then have the document completed, and at once, forward it to you.

Believe me,

My dear Bishop,

Yours very [?],

The Rt. Revd.

The Bishop of Ohio
