To the Ecclesiastical Authority of the Diocese of Pennsylvania

This is to certify that the Rev. Ach told M. Morrison who has signified to me his desire to be transferred to the Diocese of Pennsylvania, is a Presbyter in regular standing of the Diocese & so far as I know & believe has not for three years last past been justly liable to [?] report for error in religion or vicariousness of life.
