My dear Bishop,
Have you a place for a good German missionary--a truly good, humble well taught Evangelical man--of whom I believe I once spoke to you Mr. H[eishh]acker. I have tried to raise the means of a German Mission in Cinc. and have not succeeded--and I have no place for him. He speaks English well.
