Description
A general shake-up in the list of men to go to Camp Sherman in April 26 has taken place at the office of the local board on account of word that no colored selects will go to camp with the next quota having been received here, and the delinquency of William Henry Blubaugh of Jelloway, who is reported as missing. The order concerning the colored selects excludes three men who were to go to camp in this call. They are Clarence Simmons Sites, Cooper Jackson and Clyde Franklin Turner.
