(By Associated Press to the Banner) COLUMBUS, June 24--State draft headquarters of the 1,000 colored men to be esnt [sic] (sent) to Camp Sherman, Chillicothe, during the five days' period beginning July 16: also the 103 mechanics to be sent to Toledo university 15 and the 360 carpenters and sheet metal workers to be sent to Cincinnati university July 15. The quotas follow: Clinton county, five white men to Cincinnati, five colored to Camp Sherman; Knox county, three white men to Toledo, five negroes to Camp Sherman; Rosse [sic] (Ross) county, five white men to Cincinnati, 13 colored men to Camp Sherman.
