Description
The following miscellaneous bequests are made: $500 and dresser to Sally Parker for kindness shown; piano, center table and clock to Anna Sites; 1-2 dozen black walnut chairs to Mrs. Sarah Sites; cancellation of mortgage and note held against mary Anderson; $100 of A. M. E. church; cancellation of notes held against Will Newsome and Mary Ralls; $5 to Minnie Tann; cameo ring to nephew Willard J. Simmons. The balance of the property is given to testator's brother, Samuel J. Simmons, with the request that same be divided among friends. S. J. Simmons is named executor and Jemima J. Jackson executrix without bond.
