The Kenyon Gullah Digital Archive is a collection of the oral histories of Gullah people on St. Helena Island off the coast of South Carolina. These materials were collected by Ohio public school teachers and Kenyon professors over the course of three summers (2011-2013). The residents of St. Helena welcomed these teachers into their homes, places of work, and their churches. This archive offers a window in the history and culture of a unique people.
