The will of A.H. Simmons has been admitted to probate. It was executed on June 22, 1916, in the presence of Columbus Ewalt and Addison Myers.

The testator directs that his property, 110 East Ohio avenue, go to S.J. Simmons until the daughter of the latter, Ethel J. Reynolds, is ready to go to housekeeping when it shall become her property.

The property at 108 East Ohio avenue is given to a sister, Jemima J. Jackson, together with $1,000 of life insurance.

A nephew, Albert J. Williams, is made beneficiary of a property, 308 Calhoun street, while a niece, Maude Miles, is given the property at 901 Vine street.

S.J. Simons is given the property under contract to Cooper Jackson and located at 300 1-2 Calhoun street.

The following miscellaneous bequests are made: $500 and dresser to Sally Parker for kindness shown; piano, center table and clock to Anna Sites; 1-2 dozen black walnut chairs to Mrs. Sarah Sites; cancellation of mortgage and note held against Mary Anderson; $100 to A. M. E. church; cancellation of notes held against Will Newsome and Mary Ralls; $5 to Minnie Tann; cameo ring to nephew, Willard J. Simmons.

The balance of the property is given to the testator's brother, Samuel J. Simmons, with the request that same be divided among friends

S.J. Simmons is named executor and Jemima J. Jackson executrix without bond.

Administrators Appointed--

R.M. Greer and Columbus Ewalt have been appointed administrators of Ellen Hoss. The bonds of each, in the sum of $4,000 have been signed respectively by H. H. Greer and Frank L. Beam and Emma B. Ewalt and Barton W. Blair as sureties. Barton Blair, L. T. Cromley and James Bowman have been named appraisers.

Executors Appointed--

Jemima J. Jackson and S. J. Simmons have been appointed executrix and executor of A.H. Simmons. Appraisers are Albert Roy, C. A. Hamilton and Charles Banks.
