My dear Sir
I have read Mr. Wests pamphlet, & the answer I wish to make to it is to request you to receive the inclosed for Bishop Chase on the part of my Sister & myself.
Such a performance I never saw before but the most extraordinary part of it is the conduct of the Vestry of All Saints Liverpool. If W. is mad what are they?
Believe me
dear Sir
Yours sincerely
Bexley
