My dear Kenyon,
I must express to you my very sincere pleasure in Robert’s success, (elected Fellow of All Souls) who has been a favorite with me from my [?] him till this hour. The circumstances make [?] gratifying. I shall be glad to drink his health at the next London Anniversary, of which I am the unworthy Steward. Our account of this day of Mrs Langhan is very [?] [?] [?] [?] is tremendous. I am to see [?] day next [?] having seen L., & wishing to see me in consequence. He goes to Gredington that Evening. Mrs M. means to go for a fortnight to Wadhurst before the end of this month. I write in such haste, that I cannot say half I wanted. With our united sincere congratulations, I am ever most truly yours
