My dear Madam,
I beg you to accept my best thanks for your kind attention of favoring me with a copy of Bishop Chase’s intrusting letter. It gives me indeed heartfelt pleasure to learn that his prospects are now so encouraging & I trust this excellent man will have the happiness of seeing the seminary established & producing all the spiritual good he expected from it.
I hope are returned in good health from your excursion & remain, my dear reader, yours very truly,
