Right Reverend and dear sir,

I beg your acceptance of the Biblia Sacra which accompany this note for the use of the students in your new Theological Seminary ar Ohio. And may the dew of the Divine Blessing rest upon this Infant Institution and upon those whom God hath raised up to promote it, till that wilderness become a fruitful field and that desert blossom as a rose. I am, dear sir, with great respect and esteem your obedient and faithful servant
