Dear Bishop
The letter, which I thought was sent with the parcel, had been mislaid. I inclose it now. I hope you have had a delightful Sabbath. The last I suppose you will spend in this country. Thanks be to God there still remains beyond the grace “a Sabbath for the People of God. [Letter torn here] is a Sabbath, Dear Bishop, on which I hope to meet you again & to unite with you in praising our common & glorious Redeemer. My kind regards to Mr. and Mrs. Wiggin & family.
I am truly, Dear Bishop,
Your faithful friend
Charles Burton
