Sir
I take the liberty again of writing to ask you to allow me to place the money to the Right Rev’d Philander Bishop Chase of Jubilee College Illinois N. America [now] I know the amount that I have got to send out to him is 22£ and if you will allow me to place it to Adam Hodgson Esqr account for his friend Bishop Chase at Messrs Moss Bankers Liverpool as it is [quite] ready to be sent and it is very probable that the Lord Kenyon will trouble you with 20£ for the Bishop at the same time which he will remitt[sic] through his own Banker to you as soon has[sic] I have received your Answer to let him know that you will undertake the charge of it to your friend Bishop Chase
Your obedient Servant
John Vigers
Adam Hodgson Esqr
