Tuesday 10 oclock the Bishops met.
Prayers were read by the Presiding Bishop.
who was requested be the Presiding Officer of this Court for the Trial of a Bishop
Rev Dr Wilson appointed Secretary-- & till notified Bp. Whitingham to act.
Court resolved to meet and be opened with prayer by the President. Psalms for the day & the Litany.
The time of Meeting 1/2 9 A.M.
Time of adjournment 3 P.M.
Wednesday Morning 1/2 past 9 nine-- myself read prayers
The court opened and were occupied in settling the preliminaries--adjourned at 3--and met again at 7--till nine
N.B. the question about limitation to 3 years [of] the charged was determinted in the negative by 11 to 6--
Thursday was [thanksgiving] I preached in grace Chh
Friday morning 1/2 past 9

The court opened and at about 1/2 one the Counsel for the Respondent wad demanded
David B. Ogden on whom the Presenters requisition to have counsel.
Mr. Ketchum was admitted who requested time to make ready-- granted and the Counsel retired.
The court remained till 2. and adjourned.
