Back Text
1896. According to Louise Adams, this picture was taken in 1896, presumably before the picture we have of students "working on the new floor" which is dated May, 1896. Deconsecration of Rosse Chapel took place at about this time and was the occasion for removing the bust of Bishop Chase from Rosse hall for the Church of the Holy Spirit where it is now. 9/28/66 P.H.S. 3/7/67 Standing, near tripod, is Professor Leslie Howard Ingham.
