Description

The minaret of the Sahip 'Ata Külliyesi built in 1258 by Vizier Sahip Ata and designed by Abdulla b. Kelük. The Sahip 'Ata Külliyesi is the oldest surviving Selcuk wooden-pillar mosque in Turkey. Most of the complex does not remain anymore, except for the portal, mihrab, some tile mosaics and the shaft of one of the two fluted minarets that used to flank the portal. -MA / Sahip 'Ata Külliyesi | Archnet.
