Description
The central dome of the İnce Minareli Medrese. The design of this dome closely resembles that of the dome of the Büyük Karatay Medresesi, which also contains a central dome resting on four pendentives. One difference is that unlike the pendentives of the dome in the Büyük Karatay Medresesi, the pendentives here "are of bare bricks with recessed pointing forming long striations."
