Abstract
View of opening in the mid-section of the minaret of the Friday Mosque at Saveh. The lower part of the minaret has been restored in plain brick bond. This is clearly one of the finest minarets surviving from the Seljuk era, with its delicate raised brick geometrical patterns and inscription bands.
