Description
This print is part of a larger portfolio of twelve etchings, engravings, and lithographs (2025.116.1–2025.116.12) whose overarching record can be found here. Dated 1634–1870, the portfolio was published to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Dance Collection at The New York Public Library. This original print was a souvenir print for a benefit performance at the Teatro della Pergola in Florence, May 19, 1828.
