Description

This piece of sheet music is a bifolio with four pages. The cover depicts Uncle Sam, a personification of the United States, kneeling on a landscape of New York City. The Brooklyn Bridge is in the foreground, and the silhouette of the Statue of Liberty can be seen in the distance. Uncle Sam is holding a military ship in his hands. Two planes and a blimp are in the sky. On the right side of the background, behind Uncle Sam’s back, is a military scene featuring marching troops and a cannon.

The floral logo on the bottom left of the cover is the artist’s signature, indicating that the cover was illustrated by Rosenbaum Studios, a collective of multiple artists led by Morris Rosenbaum.
